Shipping costs are based on the total dollar amount of your order and will be estimated when you place your order.
We can only ship items within the United States, using FedEx Home Delivery. NMWA does not ship to PO Boxes and international shipping is not available. There may be surcharges for overweight or oversized packages. If this occurs we will contact you before shipping.

After your order is placed, you will receive notification when the items are shipped. In most cases items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase for orders received Monday through Thursday and the following Monday for orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
You may return new, unopened items within 10 business days of delivery for Store Credit or exchange. If the return is a result of an error on our part (an incorrect, defective item, etc.). or damages in shipping (must be returned in original packaging), we will pay the return shipping costs. Jewelry, unwrapped video tapes, audio tapes, CDs or DVDs, are not returnable.
You should expect to receive your Store Credit or exchange item within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive the Store Credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes Store Credit Request or ship out your replacement item (5 to 10 business days). A NMWA Shop Store Credit will expire one year from the date it is issued and can only be redeemed for purchases on our website or in our shop. It may not be used towards admission, cafe charges, museum membership or any other non-inventory purchases.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.
