WHY SOY WAX?

These soy wax candles are made from environmentally friendly, renewable materials; whereas classic paraffin wax is made from non-renewable oil-based materials. Soy wax candles Soy wax also burns slower than paraffin wax, meaning you get a candle that lasts longer. While all candles emit some black soot while burning, candles made from soy wax burn cleaner and results in less soot.

CANDLE CARE TIPS

The below are our top tips of getting the best out of your candle:

1. Trim that wick. Before lighting, trim your candle wick to 1/4 inch.

2. Make each burn count. Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent pooling.

3. Most importantly, do not leave a flame unattended and never burn a candle on or near anything that might catch fire. We don’t recommend burning a candle for more than 4 hours at any one time.

4. Stop burning your candle when only 1/4 inch of wax remains at the bottom of the pot.

5. Once the candle has finished being burnt, reuse the pot! Clean the terracotta pot out and you’ve got yourself a new planter, pencil holder, or whatever you want to use it for! The terracotta is designed to be porous so it will make a happy home for a houseplant.
